Ingredients:

 
1 bag spinach (washed and long stems removed)
1 cup feta cheese or goat cheese (crumbled)
1 cup Kalamata olives chopped (optional)
1 25 oz jar Dell’Amore Romana Sauce (or any Dell’Amore)
1 lb bag fusilli pasta (may substitute penne, rigatoni or shells)
grated romano or parmesan cheese

 

 
Directions:

 
1. Add 5 quarts of water to a large pot , add salt, and bring to boil
2. Submerge the spinach in boiling water, quickly remove, drain, and place in large
pasta serving bowl
3. Add pasta and cook per box directions

4. Bring Dell’Amore sauce to a simmer in a sauce pot

5. Drain pasta
6. Add to pasta bowl with spinach
7. Cover with Dell’Amore sauce
8. Add olives and cheese
9. Mix well, and top with grated cheese
