I have always made my own pasta sauce, a recipe I learned from my mother, who learned it from her first generation Italian-American friend. How I came to buy a bottled sauce, I can't imagine. But, by the greatest of good luck, it was Dell Amore, and I was thrilled. I've used nothing else ever since. What a blessing in my busy life to no longer spend hours making it from scratch.
